Hello fellow humans! I'm Karista, the owner and lead artist of Wandering Spirit Henna. Art has always coursed through my veins and lived in my bones. There isn't a time of my life that I can remember, that I wasn't doing art of some form. I've dabbled in all sorts of mediums over the years, but henna is unlike anything else that I have ever worked with. I apprenticed underneath a good friend of mine, Leah of Soulflower Henna. She had a very strong spiritual basis and worked with henna from a spiritual perspective, offering intuitive henna and manifestation services alongside her typical designs. She believed in the way that henna could be used to bring healing to others, in more ways than one. Through channeling energy, manifestations, or something even as simple as giving a design to someone that makes them feel more confident in their body. I stand firmly in that belief myself, and I've known my whole life that I was meant for MORE. I knew I was meant to bring healing, love and light to people of all kinds; I just didn't know what that meant or what that looked like. Through henna, I found my purpose. I am an artist, a healer, a lover, and I am a light to ALL. I offer henna services that range from basic designs, all the way up to deeply connected sessions where we talk and connect, and I channel whatever it is you might need in your life at that moment, into the henna design. Whether it be health, abundance, patience, rest, radiance, healing, etc. Each session is tailored to YOU and your emotional/energetic needs. Phillip Saint John, a spiritual healer and experimental hip-hop artist based in the Twin Cities. Over the past decade, he has meticulously refined his craft, embracing a diverse sound palette that consistently gravitates towards growth, wisdom, positivity, and inspiration. Since 2015, Phillip has been an integral part of the Twin Cities hip-hop scene, initially at the open mic at Fifth Element, and later performing at renowned venues like First Avenue. These endeavors allowed him to collaberate with the inspiring and diverse group PACT.

From 2021 to 2022, Phillip Saint John made notable strides, appearing on Kare 11 news, releasing an EP and a debut album, resulting in multiple radio plays and elevated success with his music video presentations. Today, he seamlessly integrates his healing practices, such as reiki, guided visualization, light language, and intuitive flow into his musical performances. Continuously, This intentional fusion aims to provide audiences with an immersive healing experience. He places the highest emphasis on making a profound and meaningful imPACT on each and every soul he touches.

Minneapolis-born Thomas C Gorton is a poet, producer, rapper, and visual artist who forms lyrical landscapes for listeners to imagine and immerse themselves in. Delivering messages of discontent with oppression, self-enlightenment, and cultural/communal flaws, he aims to shine light on issues society faces. Thomas is 1/4th of the group PACT and has collaborated with instrumentalists on stage as well as produced 90% of his debut album, Years Old, a journey of black joy, frustration with gun violence, experimentation in soundscapes, and rhythms to make you move. MEDICINE MAN, AUTHOR, NATURE ENTHUSIAST

In 2015 Eric resigned from his job with the US federal government, and headed to the Amazon rainforest of Peru to drink Ayahuasca for the first time. He was searching for a cure to challenging food sensitivities, and was hoping to find something more to life than what conventional culture had offered.

He was so fascinated with what he discovered there that he decided to continue down this path. Since then he has immersed himself in the field of Sacred Plant Medicine while learning and gaining as much experience as possible. He has done this by returning to Peru regularly, to study natural methods of healing and awakening. Most importantly, Eric spent three winters as the caretaker of an isolated Ayahuasca healing center in the Atlantic rainforest of Brazil. In 2019 he published a book documenting his first winter on the property.

In addition to visiting South America, in 2017 Eric completed a psychedelic preparation and integration coaching program. He likes to stay up to date on this rapidly changing field by attending conferences, and listening to various podcasts that discuss the subject in depth.

Eric is passionate about practicing a healthy diet and lifestyle. He enjoys the challenge of applying the insights received during ceremony into a daily routine. He believes that healing first on an individual level is an essential step to awakening as a society, and ultimately to being responsible stewards of the planet. In other words, Sacred Plant Medicines represent our best chance of surviving and thriving as a species.

She has been foraging since 2008 and started Chick of the Woods Foraging, which holds classes and events all about trees, mushrooms, berries, and plants. She is a member of the Minnesota Mycological Society, the North American Mycological Association, and has three certifications for identification of and selling mushrooms.

Hoka Wicasa, born on March 7th, 1984, at Devils Lake in North Dakota within the Sioux Tribe, has a rich heritage. His mother, Sandra Blue Shield, descends from the Dakota uprising Sioux Chief Bloody Tip/Red Scarlet (Inkapa Duta), while his father, William Goodbird, hails from Hidatsa, Mandan, and HUNKPAPA LAKOTA in North Dakota. Hoka actively participated in protecting water at Standing Rock, defending sacred sites and Native homelands. Later, he was adopted into the Ahousaht First Nation under Chief Atleo, engaging in activism against Canadian pipeline expansion in Vancouver, British Columbia. Advocating for indigenous treaty rights and environmental causes, Hoka also honors the Dakota 38 by journeying across Minnesota. A dedicated advocate, he focuses on raising awareness about MMIW, indigenous rights, and climate change. Beyond his activism, Hoka is a revered medicine singer and drummer, sharing his wisdom nationwide to promote sustainable living and reconnect people with nature. His transformative journey through life's challenges has shaped him into the powerful medicine man he is today, driven by a mission to end unjust imprisonments and foster a connection between humanity, hearts, and Mother Earth.
